Torque in./lb for 8-40 T-15 head

Wondering if anyone knows how much torque for 8-40 base screws with a T-15 size head. I believe 6-32's are to be around 16 in/lbs with a T-10 head size.

Anywhere from 15 to 20 psi.

I use 20 psi on both my scope bases and rings. I would not recommend going over 20 psi on rings.
