It's a shouldered barrel, which just has to be torgued down to the action. All the headspace, etc is already set when the gunsmith chambered the barrel originally. Found the specs from when I bought it:
1/8 twist finished at 26"
Threaded 5/8x24
Chambered in .260 Rem (a little over 2" of shank) by Dresden
Rem Varmint contour
200 rounds through it
