Tc encore 460 sw effective range?

I bought a 460 tc encore barrel awhile back. It is a blast to shoot. It fits my women's well in terms of length. What would be the max yardage. Just try to see if someone has experience in such a set up. 20 inch barrel.

Hornaday lever revolution factory ammo. 200gr FTX. Worked great in mine. 140 yds is farthest I took a deer with. It devastated the deer. I took a 300 lb boar at 40 yds it didn't take a step but I hit it right behind the ear.
