SWFA 3x15 FFP for hunting

Any input on the SWFA 3x15 FFP or Athlon midas tac 4-16 for a tikka tx1 used for General shooting and hunting.

I have two of the SWFA 3-15×42 on a pair of .22LR squirrel guns. Great scopes for the price.

I have a Midas tac on a Cz that I use for some target shooting and my only worry would be losing the thin reticle at low power in the timber other than that it's awesome. No expierence with the swfa.

i use a 3-15 SFP on my 16" .308 rem 700. perfect for whitetails where my shots are probably no more than 300 yards. even with the can, it's not to heavy to tote around.

That's a very heavy scope for a small rifle, but it'll work just fine. Depending on what range you're planning to shoot, the 6x or 10x fixed powers might be a better choice.

Between the two, I'd go with the SWFA 3-15 FFP.

I have 2 SWFA 3-15 FFP. They live on our 6.5 PRC Hunting rifles. They are awesome!

Ffp or second moa or mraid or dows it really matter on mainly a hunting gun,

My Vudoo 22 sports an SWFA 3-15x42 FFP scope. It is a fine scope.
