Swarovski Reticle Choices

Looking to buy a Z3 - but having trouble deciding on a reticle. Any experience with the BRH in the field (pros / cons)? how about the 4a versus the plex?

Just for clarity - this setup would be used for elk / bear on a .338 win mag. most shots 50-200 yards (not exactly long range) with occasional shots out to 400.
