Swarovski Repair Turn Around?

the eyepiece on my spotting scope got moisture between the two lenses. Not sure how this happened as it is a well cared for piece of kit. I guess I'm lucky to have taken it out today to learn that it is need of maintenance. I'm assuming they will repair as part of what they claim is an amazing warranty. How long am I looking at before I am back in action?

They were accurate with their estimate for me iirc, was a few weeks

I had a similar issue and it was fixed in a timely
Manner. For some reason I remember seeing a post from Swarovski saying they were moving facilities and were not taking any repairs in until the move was completed. I want to say that was going to be sometime in September. So you might be in for a wait
