Stevens/Venture

Quick Question for you ,

Looking to get a 25-06. (budget little as possible)

Now, would I be better off with buying a savage/stevens and work it up to what I want.

OR

Get a TC Venture, that pretty much has it all, match grade barrel, garenteed MOA, decent stock etc.

I understand that the Stevens has more aftermarket stocks and stuff, but Venture from what I have seen is farely decent.


ALSO:

Anybody with experience or reviews on the Konus M30 Scope?????
