Starting load with H1000 and 7828ssc with 110-130 Hammer bullets (6.5prc)?

I would like to load up some rounds for my 6.5prc using hammers in the 110-130 grain range. The only powders I have been able to get my hands on has been H1000 and 7828ssc. I do not need a super fast or hot load as im only shooting to 400 yards on deer. I have no idea on even a starting point to work up some loads. Does anyone have any recommendations?

id try the H1000 first. with a mag primer for the hammers.
