Very lightly used M1A Scout Squad model aa9122 in .308. This scout squad has a walnut stock the barrel is 18", 6 grouve, 1:11 RH twist parkerized finish. I comes with one 10 round magazine.
I bought this on a whim, shot it to break in and cleaned appropriately, fired a total of 100 rounds through it, never more than 5 shots at a time to not heat up the barrel.
Everything is in as new condition, the gun has no marks of any kind, looks like new.
I am selling it WITHOUT the scope, scope mount, 20 round magazine or cheek rest that are pictured.
I will sell for additional cost the Sadlak Industries steel picatinny optic mount (cost $259.00 new at Midway, Sadlak #: 140011) and the 20 round magazine which is Springfield brand $50 new. Scope is not for sale.
The cheek rest is a must with a scope, it is the 1.5" rise model made by Coyote M1A, it is new and cost $45.
I will sell the above items at $200 for the mount, $35 for the mag, and $40 for the cheek rest, all will be +$10 shipping if not bought with the rifle, if bought with the rifle then shipping would be included with the cost of the rifle.
I will be shipping from me, so if your FFL cannot accept from a non-ffl then I will have to charge an extra $30 to have my ffl transfer it.
Shipping to the CONUS ONLY, payment by paypal +3% and discreet or USPS money order. Payment by cashiers or personal check will cause me to hold the gun until the payment clears.
Shipping Fedex ground
Buyer is responsible for knowing their local gun laws.
Total for rifle only $1250.00 shipped ***SPF***

That steel SADLAK scope mount is the best - I learned the hard way by first buying a cheapo aluminum one.
And you can adjust the added MOA incline and lock it. You can use the iron sights with it - even with the scope on.
With the ARMS detachable 30mm rings and Leupold 4.5--14x50mm Side-Focus and Varminter's Reticle: - I was able to shoot half-inch groups with the Sierra 168 SMKs, Lapua brass, 40.5-grains of H4895, CCI #34 primers and 2.800" COL.
BUT, that is with the Springfield M21 (M1A).
