Yes 7828, my bad. I guess I'll try both. I see provably a 100 fps more with 7828 but which ever is more accurate will work for me

I think 7828 a little slower.

On 6.5 CM, with no H4350 to be found, I bought some Win StaBall and going to give it a go. While not H4350, it seems to be a viable option.

I've been doing some work with it in my X-bolt, amazingly consistent groups with the 123 Amax. Started at 43.4 and went up to 46.1(book max is 44.9), worst groups was exactly 1", had several at .5 and under. Haven't chrony'd them yet, but the published velocities look good.
