if anyone is thinking about having Silencer central cut, thread and crown your barrel you might check around on price. no don't get me wrong they do a nice job but they have increased their price to 200.00 for that job about 50 over what they used to be. I just dropped off a rifle to have this done but will be the last time and I do have 2 more I want done but will check around

Yep, good idea to check around. I am having one done currently by a local and excellent GS and his price for cut and thread is $85.

I'm sorry, I couldn't tell you, I know next to nothing about how it's done. I do know he can put together really accurate rifles! I have a couple.

His name is Bill Zabrowski from Galesville, WI. Just across the river from me in MN, north of LaCrosse about 20 miles.

I paid $150 at Shaw Precision in Bridgeville, PA. Excellent job by a reputable mfg & gunsmith.
