Sekway ID area Wolf question

I'll be hunting spring bear in unit 17 June 1st over bait. What's the chances of getting a shot at a wolf in this area (I did buy a wolf tag?

Game department site says 5 trapped, 5 shot last season. A tough point to make in any unit, but it's what we got. Good luck!

I am pretty sure the season is closed after March 30. Better check the regs. I could be wrong.

Wish they would keep the season open a little longer here (like all year and no "season"). I wouldn't say they are always common on baits here, but some years they definitely are. Course that would all change once a few got whacked. You better not miss, send one educated one back to the rest and you can bet they will change that habit. Smart critters.
