I would look for a vari xii to vx2 in 4-12x40 it's great on a triple deuce. I have a fixed 12 power leupold on mine and love it but I don't use it on close up shots

I have a Leupold VX2 3/9x40 275.00 shipped. Very slight ring marks on front tube lower 1/2.
