I currently really only shoot <300 yards. Amping up my gear to go 500-700 yards. More than likely going with a 4-14x50 F1 NightForce SHV..... My question is... Do I purchase a 0 MOA rail or a 10 MOA rail?

Any reason why?

Because, at the ranges you listed, you don't need a 20moa rail.
Your scope has 90moa full range in elevation. You won't want to work too close to the edges of that range (45 up, 45 down) so if you want to stay as close to the center of the lenses you will want some help keeping your eye there. As distances increase, the more sharpness you'll want in the image.
You could just leave well enough alone. If you're going to mount it on a rifle that can maintain a 20 moa trajectory at the range you intend to shoot then just do the 0moa thing. But if you want to run those distances out in the future you'll find it unpleasant without some help from the rail.
