They take AICS pattern magazines, so yes, MDT or accurate mag work great. If it's a magpul AICS style, it should work.

I figured it would but the action stops the mag from going up into the stock all the way

Must be a magpul thing, I use mostly Accurate mag magazines, but have a few MDT, never an issue with either.

Alright I'll order one of those after looking at the differences I thing it's just a magpul thing with this specific action, thanks for getting back to me really happy with the chassis

MDT makes great stuff, I still have a few of those on my remaining Savages and one Remington.

They are literally identical, I just had a bunch of AM mags before MDT started selling them.
