savage 243 won't shoot i group!!!!!!!

I figured Savage would have voided my warranty after all of the stuff I did to it trying to get it to shoot in the first place which is why I did not bother to send it back. I am not an idiot (most times) and work as a machinist so I have some knowledge of mechanical things. I also know there is always something new to learn and I can learn from anybody if I can keep my ego out of the way. I have built several very accurate rifles in the past and even shot competitively. I never had a bad Savage before. I always try to fix problems myself but this time I got the Rubic's Cube of savage rifles. Hopefully the barrel swap will work.
