How does it shoot? How was the chamber cut, such as neck tightness or free bore?

The rifle shoots well. I have fire formed from standard 243 off the shelf rounds then re-loaded it has stayed at 1/2 moa or better. It is not a tight neck no neck turning has to be done prior. I used a sinclair oal gauge set the bullets into the lands I'm not sure how much free bore if any.
