Remington bolt shroud

Hello,
How do you guys tighten up a wore out bolt shroud. Old Remington and I have never seen one this bad. With the cocking peace pulled back and the shroud tighten all the way by hand it moves up and down a lot. Maybe replace bolt shroud. Have you ever seen threads wore out in the bolt?
