Good Day All,

Today I mate my leupold VX I 4-12x40 longe range duplex reticle to my remington. I am new to the long range community. i have done a lot of reading and learning here, not posted much as am still on the learning curve.
I have shot previously with a Ruger mark II cold bore shot hits a pencil mark then after that 2nd and third shots warm up the barrel good and it wanders way up to the left.
I have been a little squeezed for optics dollar wise. I will make the move to a
good mil dot long range scope in the future.

Anyone have any comments or suggestions for me with this rig.

I will be out to the range next week and can do some reporting back on how
she goes.

I love the LRH site and I am always impressed with the way everyone treats each other here.

I have that same rifle. I would suggest replacing the stock with an HS or a B&C. Also adjust or replace your trigger. They are a great rifle. Mine shot good out of the box, but those stocks are really not that great.
