Remington 700 police Help

I have a Remington 700 Police in 223 with the H.S. precision stock. I love the gun and so far it is turning into the tactical build I really want. I have shorten the barrel to 20" and spiral fluted the bolt and barrel. I have a two tone cerakote and is looking awesome. The only problem is the clearance of the barrel is extremely close on the left side near the front of the stock. I was wondering what is the best way to fix the problem??? Skim bedding or just sanding the stock out a little bit? The gun is shooting great off the bench I am just worried about shooting in the field or off the bipod causing a problem. Any advice or other ideas would be much appreciated. Again the stock is the HS Precision with aluminium bedding.

I would take it out of the stock and make sure its clean in there between the stock and action the re torque it to 65" pounds and look at it again. Also if it is not effecting accurcy I would leave it alone!
