Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of this? I have a leupold vx3 6.5-20x50 that I got used about 12 years ago and I really like it, but after that many years of cleaning (probably the wrong way) the coating has lots and lots of tiny scratches and in the right light looks like it is worn completely off in places. Also as a result it tends to look "smeared" when I look through it in the wrong light even right after I clean it. So my question is, has anyone done it or is my trusty scope on it last leg so to speak?

Thanks for the replies that's what I was looking for! I checked out the ironsight website and it looks like they can replace reticles on some scopes as well as service the scope which would be really neat considering mine just has a crosshair!
