Ramshot Magnum vs 8133

I'm liking the Ramshot Magnum in my .30-338. I've got 200 gr Hornady ELDX's going 3100 fps. I was shooting R-22 with the 190 Bergers but too much pressure, and temperature sensitive. I'd throw a primer once in a while. Both loads shoot under 1/2". You can really pack that stuff in a case. It's like sand.
That is good velocity for a cartridge smaller than a 300 win mag,
how's the accuracy?

It's all I use in magnums. Accuracy has always been stellar for me. You can get about 81grs in a 300wm to the neck. Barnes tested it as did I for temp stability and only h1000 beat it.
That is good to know. H1000 is pretty solid.

I run 78 to 81 grains behind a 180 Barnes ttsx to get 2950 to 3100 depending on barrel length.

I use RL26 in my 300WM with 200gr ELDX. I get around 2975 from a 24" barrel. I ran a ladder in my 28" 338RUM last weekend, had a nice flat spot at 89gr of 8133 at 2720fps with the 300gr SMK. I would like a bit more speed, but the 8133 gives that speed at well below book loads from my 28" barrel. I'm getting speed that IMR rates at 96gr from a 24" barrel, so it's good stuff. I ran up to 91gr and had almost 2800fps, but the bolt was kinda tight.
