Price of Scrap Brass

Anyone know what scrap rifle and pistol brass is worth? Must be go'in up cause thieves are stealing anything made of metal they can get their hands on. Also notice scrappers are digging out old farm equipment burried in pastures for years.

I think that it was around $4/lbs. last spring. I took in a couple containers of primers and brass and got a nice check from the deal. I don't think it's dropped much since.
