My nephew lives south of Portland and wants to have a long range rifle built.

Mostly tagging in on this one, as I'm near Portland and would love to see any feedback from the folks on here.....but I have seen J Beagle Rifles in Vancouver mentioned online, and I believe a member on here had a rifle built by him. I've been meaning to search it and send him a PM but haven't got around to it.
