NXS 5.5-22x56 Mil Zero Stop in box with rubber cover. Mounted as a test but ring/base combination suited 50mm better for whatever reason. I want $1280 shipped

I can see the sticker on the box says 1/10 mil, but the turret caps state MOA. Is that common for NF to not have the turret cap match the actual adjustment? Or is the reticle in Mils, but turrets in MOA? Sorry, just not super familiar with the NXS line.
