They messed up once on one of my orders, only sent half the brass. They confirmed the lot # before they shipped the other half to make sure I got the right stuff.
Mistakes happen, I wasn't bent out by it. But how they fixed it showed real care and character. 10/10 would do business again, have several times since then.
