As the post title states, most people already know the info that follows. As my buddies and I prepared to put together an order for some supplies, we decided to compare how badly some companies are taking advantage of their (once)loyal customer base. I will go out of my way to avoid ordering anything from any company that knowingly gouges the consumer, especially in times of need(CTD). That being said, I will also promote and praise any company that goes above and beyond in customer service as well as pricing and availability. Here is the price difference between Powder Valley and a competitor that we will just refer to as Half-Way.
Sierra .338" 300gr Matchking(500) PV $364.44 HW $468.99

A small sampling of just 6 items for our order, but telling nonetheless. Math on these identical items shows a total of $831.36 for Powder Valley and $1089.44 for Half-Way. Components are hard enough to find nowadays without being raped on the pricing of them. Just imagine what you could spend the extra $258.08 on at Powder Valley that you saved by not ordering from Half-Way. Powder Valley definitely gets the bulk of my business and will continue to do so. Not a rant. Just the facts.
