Zip for Nevada and Utah. Applied here in CA today (ugh). Where is is left, Idaho, AZ, Montana? Any suggestions for units in Idaho and AZ?

The first drawing is over with in Idaho. Your only option is to see if there are any leftover tags in whatever unit you want and apply in the second drawing or buy a over the counter tag if there are any left. There are usually whitetail tags available.

Lots of good buck hunting here in Idaho. Unit 18 or 22 is a good choice if you back pack or hunt horseback but those tags are gone in the first draw. Here in Unit 13 there is very little public land and is almost impossible for a nonresident to find a place to hunt. Good luck!

The drawing isn't over. You have until June 5th for deer, elk, and antelope. It's been that way for the last 5 years or so.
