Nikon Monarch UCC 5.5-16.5x44

I have a chance locally to pick up a rifle with the above Nikon
mounted on it. I could purchase either with or without the scope.
Have not yet been to visit the seller.

Can anyone here give me a quickie review on the Nikon UCC quality ?
