quality.. tracking.. reliablity etc.

I have a used one that came with a Howa from a pawn shop. I replaced it with a Nikon. I don't think mine is a horrible scope, but it isn't anything to shout about either.

As zupatun has already stated, they are regularly packaged with the lower priced Howa rifles. Generally considered entry level scopes with avaerage quality optics , etc

Like the Bushnell Banner range in quality and capability.
