New need help.

So im saving up for a savage 300wsn. now i want it to be able to reach 1000+ yards. what would be a good scope. and any opinions on a caliber rifle that may suit me better. i will use it for bear, deer, elk, cougar and long range coyote. for bear deer and such i wouldn't go over 600yards most likely. please help. i would like to stay with a savage. any help is great goal is to keep it under $1200.00 for rifle and scope.

Optics: Sightron, Nikon monarch, Leupold mark IV, Vortex.

The 300 should be just fine.

The $1200 dollar budget might be hard to do. I live in Okla and Savages run, on average, about $675 to $850.
