It looks to be an XTR III basically with a few upgrades. Race turret (which you can buy for the III) tool free zero stop, purty red mag ring and turret, throw lever, and finally illuminated reticle (which Burris said they were going to offer on the III but never happened, on the 5.5-30 anyway). Elevation, and windage travel are still the same as the III. And while I have no facts to base on, I would imagine the glass is the same as the III. I am not bashing this scope at all! I have 2@ XTR IIIs and an XTR II and love them all with no issues. It will be interesting see some actual reviews on the PRO my .02
