I have bulk loads for my mini 14 that use once fired mixed brass from Midway but the load I use for varmints that gets me moa groups at 100 yards also from a factory tube (can ya believe that?) uses all winchester brass. I would be glad to use your brass in .223 to see if I get the same or better results.
