I use 25-06 brass to make my 6.5-06ai..so it should be Identical?

My 6.5x280AI chambers have a greater volume than even a 6.5-06AI since the shoulder is moved forward while still retaining a reasonable neck length, so no, they are not identical.
I hope this clears up my earlier posts.
