my pm box is full??????

I have a message saying my PM box is 94% full and I dont know what to do.

I deleted all the messages but t still shows them as there in the TOTAL

How do I clear this?

You have to delete both sent and received PM's. I went through and deleted most of mine the other day and it worked just fine.
