Model 700 Sendero SF II/Leupold Mark 4 Question?

I am new to long range shooting. The rifle I am buying is a Model 700™ Sendero® SF II 300 Win Mag and putting a Leupold mark 4 -4.5 x 14x50 LRT/ M1 Scope On it? Well haven't bought it YET but within the next two weeks. I know the scope weighs 22oz but can not find any info on the weight of this rifle. I do plan on doing some hunting with it and would like to know exactly what I am looking at before the purchase. Also any input on this setup would be helpful? thanks for the helpgun)

same rig my father in law runs it not heavy at all. He has the 300 rum great combo.

I think Remington specs. it at 8 1/2 pounds out of the box. Mine weighs 10 pounds even with a Nikon Monarch 3x12x42 and mounts. Hope this helps.
