model 70 bull barrel

I just purchased a post 64 model 70. It appears to have an aftermarket bull barrel. The only markings on the barrel are "300 Win Mag" and the letters JCC or it could be JGG. Does anyone know the manufacturer or could this be a custom made barrel? Any help would be appreciated.
