Ok I ask a favor..instead of spending days and days searching sites...who has been found to have the best prices on components online?

Im new to the reloading thing and arent even sure what sites to look for.

The question should be - "who has any components?" Supplies are slim. Binge buying has caused most of the problem. Last week, my son went to Cabelas to buy a gun and ammo. There was no ammo on the shelves - none at all - and he had to take a ticket to stand in line to buy a gun - he was #25. He bought a Ruger .380, but no ammo.

My favorite for price and service is www.powdervalley.com. But, you can go there and see that their inventory is way down and they are so busy they do not take backorders. Brunos is the same way. Good luck in your quest!!!

I understand right now everyone is either low or out all together but I figure by the time Im ready to buy the items the situation will have resolved itself and components will be back our we will no longer have a need for them :)

Im just garnering info for when I get my income tax return.

This guy nailed it for you, it's just a waiting game now. People are over buying at the moment thinking things wont turn around, adding to the mess.
Stick with PV, 3rd Generation, Mid South, Graf's, maybe Sinclair and midway as they've held the line on prices. Bruno's are out of line on their pricing and I hope it bites them in the *** in the long run.
Best bet might be to throw out a want to buy add on the forums, maybe some local guy might find pity in your situation, and help you out.
Your ideas are sound, your timing a little skewed!
