SOLD/EXPIRED Leupold M1 3.5x10 and IOR Tactical 16x

Leupold has Duplex Reticle and IOR has MP-8 reticle. Both hardly used. $600 each. I want to buy a savage smokeless muzzleloader so any reasonable offer will be accepted.

just wanted to confirm a couple things before I buy the leupold.

Is it matte finish?
does it have side focus?
1" or 30mm tube?
does it have caps on the turrets or exposed m1 turrets?

and lastly, do you have box, not real important, just curious.
