Leica Amplus

Does anyone have any experience with the new Amplus line? Glass, turrets, FOV, etc. looking to compare to like priced optics. No comparing to your Vortex Diamondbacks please . More so toward the VX5HD, Zeiss V6 or V4, Swaro Z5/Z6 etc.

Can only find a few vids on YouTube is all.

Good to know there are some out there. Which model do you have?

The same model you purchased. 3 x 18 x 44 BDC, MOA. Adjustments are positive and return to zero perfectly. Clarity is amazing.

Love the two I have...both have great glass, and feel very robust. They just feel like a quality, well built optic. I have the 3-18x44 and the 2.5-15x50.

I have really been pondering picking one up as well. I'm struggling with paying $2500 - $3k for a scope where the vast majority of my hunting is in or around the eastern woods. The Amplus is significantly less expensive and probably would perform well in this area.

Decided to pick up a Leica 3-18 to test drive.
I've had Good experience with Leica product's
For a few years now ……..so figured I'd put one of their Amplus 6 on my 6.5.

What reticle did you get? Limited options is the only thing holding me back. Keep us posted.

I opted for the L-Ballistic BDC Reticle
Rather than the BDC 4a
