Lead fragments in meat?

As far as the metal type? Probably not a big deal, but I'm not a health specialist either.

As for the metal itself, I think that's a bigger issue. The last fragment I found in my mouth from game was sharp enough to cut my gum. I don't think it would have passed without doing damage internally, though it was small.

An issue compounded by thin jacketed cup and core……jus' say'n! 😉 memtb

There's studies on lead levels in the blood of hunters and their families who use lead, and it is elevated, but not to completely alarming levels.
It would be neat to see an accurate study done to determine where the source of lead came from. Contact absorption from reloading ect., airborne lead breathed in from primer compound, actual lead fragments in meat or other random sources?

..can't possibly be that dangerous, my entire family clan has been eating wild game meat for 7 decades, no one croaked yet rmfrom it..lol
