I have a copy of the program. It is a step in the right direction, but it is really geared toward waterfowl and upland game. The applications for turkey hunting are limited at this time.
It offers shotshell ballistics at only 2 temperatures (32 or 70 degrees). It has a good selection of shot types including HTL. You can change muzzle velocity and pellet size to calculate wind drift at wind speeds up to 100 mph. That part is very useful.
The trajectory calculations do not allow you to change the range for zero. A 40-yard zero would be a big help, but I would like to see choices in at least 10-yard increments for turkey hunting. It also gives the trajectory at only 1 distance at a time. It really needs to display the trajectory over a range like a rifle ballistics program would do.
The programs gives recommended gel penetration values for waterfowl and upland game but not for turkey. It appears the gel penetration value for turkeys would be around .85 inches, but that is just a guess based on field results.
