Im looking to build a rifle for my son so Im making room in the safe and somewhat regrettably putting this rifle up for sale. I purchased this rifle from the original owner who shot it very little. Personally, I have put 20 rounds through it. The rifling looks great, the finish looks good with very minor surface rust on the fore end cap and front sling stud. I tried to show that as best I can in the photo. Rifle comes equipped with the Marlin 4x scope and leather sling also. According to the serial number this rifle was built in 1959 so it is in great condition for its age. Asking $850
