Gun was custom-built by Kenny Jarrett of Jackson, South Carolina, circa the 1980s. Custom 24" tapered round matte finish barrel with muzzle brake, Jarrett "Coup De Grace" marking, and devoid of sights. Matching matte finish Remington 700 action with internal magazine. Custom thumbhole marksman style walnut stock with contrasting nose cap and Decelerator rubber recoil pad. 300 Jarrett ammo, dies and components still available for purchase from Redding or Jarrett Rifles (8mm Rem Mag necked down with 35 degree shoulder and pushes a 180 gr bullet at 3150-3200fps). Unknown round count as I purchased it used last year, excellent condition though.

WOW that is a real piece of professional workmanship!!!! Taking that fine piece of wood and cutting it in half and then putting an insert in-between gluing it together and then forming the thumbhole into a stock. That is real craftsmanship!
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

Cant' believe the workmanship put into the building of the stock and then the metal! I am still in AWE. Wish we had $3k, would buy this in a heartbeat.

That is a real cool rifle! I had a Jarrett rifle years ago and sold it, cannot remember the caliber.

I don't think the stock is original………
