I am Legend Scope "WHAT IS IT"?????

Can anyone assist.. im hoping its not a movie generated fake reticule- someone out there must know what the scope is he uses at the beginning on his M4 Assault Rifle to hunt the deer etc. im trying to track this practical scope down

any ideas????
