Help with scope issues

I have a sightron SIII 8-32X56, I have a few questions about it.

First question is when I level the retical the scope looks canted to the right, and when i shoot it at 100y to check level it shoot 1 3/8" to the right after I raise it 30 MOA. What should be done.


Second question is, when I raise it up 30MOA it actually moves 35" if my math is right that is .278 MOA per click. If someone knows if Im right let me know.

Is this a brand new scope? Make the call and document the problems you have found and send it back. These kind of things happen all to often and most people dont know how to check or even mathematically find these things. You would think QC would find these problems before they hit the shelves. There is no way to fix what you have other then "live with it" Bill Maylor..
