Hi all, I'm just getting into the thrill of long range shooting. What inspired me is seeing a full grown Mt Lion on my place in Texas and I couldn't do anything but just stare at it. It was almost 1000 yards away. Also just acquired a Parker Hale 300 Weatherby mag and had it restored by a gentleman near New Kensington, Pa. whom did a museum quality job on the gun, I'm actually afraid to touch it much less use it. I actually never purchased anything brand new in this nice of condition, and like he had to keep affirming to everyone that looked at it...Sorry, Its not for sale. But anyway I'm researching a best fit scope to match the gun and looking for ideas. I'll post that where it belongs.
