How would you cut and finish at any length with a carbon wrapped barrel?
Is the 25 cal cut rifled?

These are built similar to the benchmark and HCA barrels. You thread/crown the steel portion at the length you want and cut away the carbon. If using a brake or suppressor. It would butt up against carbon not steel like the proof barrels
