Hardest Tag to Draw?

Was just wondering what you guys think the hardest mule deer/ elk tag to draw is.

For us a ND any elk, only 7-10 avaliable to general public

Arizona Strip in AZ and the Henry Mountains tag in UT are near impossible if you don't have a lot of points built up

Mulies in Western Nevada are pretty much a once a lifetime ordeal. That and goats here.

As a resident in Wyoming, elk, deer, and antelope are a given. For what I hunt moose is the hardest draw success.
