Hi folks,

I have a couple of things like like fixed/done to my Sendero, but I've never had any smith work done before. It's also sort of testing the waters for a possible custom 6XC (or something like it) build next summer. I live in Bozeman, but would be willing to travel an hour or two if it meant being able to use a really good smith.

Any of you folks have a recommendation for me?

FEENIX, have you used any of those smiths before? I know about Kirby Allen's excellent reputation, but haven't heard ofnthe other guys.

I had Joe Starnes and Dave Young work on my rifles and was very pleased. BROZ had a few rifles built by both ... hopefully, he'll chime in.

Here's one of Broz's built by Dave Young - http://www.longrangehunting.com/forums/f19/my-new-300-win-build-55269/

.. and here are some of Joe Starnes work - http://www.longrangehunting.com/forums/f53/one-my-lr-guns-33373/

and the video link they are referring to
